01. Can I pre-order items for delivery?

Yes. However, pre-order items will be specifically indicated as such; this generally applies to new releases. We will only accept orders on items that we have in stock at the time.

02. Can I change my order?

Once the order has been placed, it cannot be changed online. If you want to change your order, please call +61 2 9698 6668 , and if it has not yet been processed we will change or re-issue a new amended order.

03. What hours is customer service available?

The JETS Swimwear customer team is available from Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm Australian Standard Time (Sydney). Please note our customer service team is not available on Australian Pubic Holidays.

04. Can I return items to a store?

Unfortunalety our JETS Swimwear stores are not able to process refunds or exchange for any products purchased online.

05. When do I get my refund once I have returned an item?

Once we have received the item in our warehouse, we aim to process a refund onto the original payment card within 1 week.

06. If I return all the items in my order will I still be charged for delivery?

If any of the items we deliver are damaged or incorrect, we will refund the delivery charge. If you change your mind about wanting to keep them, we will not refund the original delivery charge.

07. What should I do if my credit/debit card has been refused when placing an order?

Check that all the details you have entered on the checkout page are correct. If it is refused after that, try another credit card ot contact your bank.

08. A product I would like to purchase is out of stock, when will the item be available?

If a product that you would like to purchase is not available in your colour or size, please contact the JETS Swimwear customer service team with the style code, colour and size.  Out team will be able to let you know when the product will be available or if the product may be available in a JETS Swimwear Stockist store.

09. Do you deliver overseas?

No, www.jetsswimwear.com only ships to the USA and Canada, please visit our Shipping Page for more information.

10. I have a complaint, who should I speak to?

If it is about a product you have bought from our of our stockists, please get in touch with the store you purchased from – the telephone numbers of all our stores can be found on this website. If the complaint is about an product that was purchased on  the JETS online store or in a JETS Swimwear Retail store, please call one of our customer service representatives at +61 2 9698 6668 or complete the form on the Contact Us page.

11. What do I do if I'm not happy my product breaks down during the guarantee period?

If products are under guarantee, your order confirmation email/delivery note is your proof of purchase/receipt and you should follow the manufacturer’s instructions for notifying the manufacturer of any problems within the guarantee period.

12. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping tracking email from our postal supplier. If you have not received this email, we recommend checking your junk mail. This email willl include your tracking number and a website link to the postal suppliers website to track your order. Please allow 24 hours from receipt before tracking.
